山东福龙生物菌剂车间由：质检中心；（DCS）控制中心；生产控制中心，无尘包装中心四大部分组成。可以生产、加工、研发多种微生物菌剂应用于农业生产。目前，该车间拥有国际较先进的菌剂理化生产设备，精密仪器仪表，用于微生物菌剂必备的无尘洁净室，菌种保藏室，菌剂接种室，菌种培养室等及生产所需的共计30多台套专业操作设备、具有掌控生产工艺；流程和控制；产品研发；工艺创新的功能和能力。
该车间现有特聘农学教授作为常年顾问，具有研发员和硕士生组成的专业技术研发团队，车间目前拥有5名业内管理员，10多名专职操作人员，分别在菌种选育；指标分析；菌剂发酵、扩容；流程控制，监测；产品检验；理化指标，数据存档等方面进行细致的专业化的工作，确保每一批产品都具有良好的菌剂浓度；理化指标，从而达到和优先于国家有关标准之规定。
目前，菌剂车间拥有年产15万吨菌剂的生产设备和能力，可常年提供应用于农业生产的各种微生物菌剂产品，其所产的液态；水剂；粉状的产品目前达到了三大系列，近二十多个品种和规格、以期来满足市场的需求。该车间目前是山东省较大的菌剂车间之一，目前已位于全国菌剂生产企业车间的较先进行列。
